To be responsible for handling the Managing Director’s daily schedules, tasks, and other company projects.

Job Description/Requirements

Core Responsibilities and Key Result Areas:

  • Support the MD to manage his work schedule and activities
  • Organize and attend meetings and ensure the MD is well prepared for meetings; document meeting minutes where appropriate
  • Coordinate the CEO’s communications including taking calls, responding to emails and interfacing with clients
  • Conserve the MD’s time and promote the corporate image by representing the Managing Director internally and externally, providing liaison between the Director, key executives, employees and external stakeholders.
  • Carrying out research and collecting data to prepare documents for reviews and presentations
  • Organise all aspects of the Managing Director’s work including appointments in addition to managing dates, producing agendas and all key paperwork for meetings
  • Arrange travels, visas and accommodation
  • Manage corporate events
  • Prepare reports, memos, letters and other documents
  • Provide general administrative support for the effective running of the office of the CEO

  • Manage the CEO’s schedule and itineraries

  • Manage operations of the ISN advisory board

Educational:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences or any other related field
  • Personal Assistant diploma or certification is a plus

Professional:

  • Familiarity with office gadgets and applications (e.g. e-calendars and copy machines)
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Discretion and confidentiality

Experience:

  • 1 – 3 years experience in a similar role

Salary: NGN200,000
